We are hiring a Practice Director of Sales to lead and grow our Technology business in Westwood. This role is responsible for driving revenue across a broad range of technology job functions, including traditional IT infrastructure and operations, as well as higher-skilled areas such as ERP, CRM, Data, Security, and Cloud. The position centers on building strong client relationships, generating new business, and expanding our presence in the Los Angeles market, while growing mix into more strategic, high-value work over time.
Job Responsibility
Driving new business development across the full technology stack, including infrastructure, support, and operations roles, as well as ERP, CRM, Data, Security, and Cloud
Building and expanding relationships with IT leaders, hiring managers, and business stakeholders
Generating and converting job opportunities across contract and permanent placement
Partnering closely with recruiting to deliver high-quality talent solutions
Building consistent pipeline through targeted outbound activity
Expanding existing accounts from transactional IT work into more strategic technology initiatives
Identifying opportunities tied to system upgrades, transformations, and business-critical projects
Hiring, developing, and leading a team of sales professionals over time
Contributing to a high-accountability, performance-driven sales culture
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in staffing, preferably within Technology or adjacent markets
Proven success in client-facing sales and revenue generation
Experience selling across IT functions, including infrastructure, support, or operations, with exposure to higher-skilled areas preferred
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, Data, Security, or Cloud environments is a strong plus
Strong understanding of the Los Angeles business and technology market
Consistent track record of building pipeline through outbound activity
Ability to convert client conversations into job opportunities and revenue
Competitive, high-energy, and performance-driven
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Experience or interest in hiring, developing, and leading others
