We are hiring a Practice Director of Sales to lead and grow our Marketing & Creative business in Westwood. This role is responsible for driving revenue across Marketing, Creative, and Digital skill sets, expanding client relationships, and building a strong presence in the Los Angeles market.
Job Responsibility
Driving new business development across Marketing, Creative, and Digital functions
Expanding and deepening relationships with existing clients
Generating and converting job opportunities across contract and permanent placement
Partnering closely with recruiting to deliver high-quality outcomes
Building consistent pipeline through targeted outbound activity
Identifying and engaging Marketing, Digital, and Creative decision-makers
Expanding accounts from transactional work into more strategic digital engagements
Hiring, developing, and leading a team of sales professionals over time
Contributing to a high-accountability, performance-driven sales culture
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in staffing, preferably within Marketing, Creative, Digital, or adjacent markets
Proven success in client-facing sales and revenue generation
Experience building and managing client relationships within the Los Angeles market
Strong business development skills with the ability to consistently generate pipeline
Ability to convert client conversations into job opportunities and revenue
High level of activity, competitiveness, and drive
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Experience or interest in hiring, developing, and leading others
