The HR & Talent Advisory Practice at LHH is a newly launched strategic consulting arm focused upon Leadership, Talent & Culture, Organisational Transformation & Change and Workforce Strategy & Skills. The Practice Director will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading LHH’s global offering across Leadership, Talent & Culture - they will be the ultimate authority and thought leader on their respective practice.
Job Responsibility:
Define the Leadership and Talent practice vision, positioning, and service offerings
Strategize and create consultant methodologies, frameworks, and IP
Scan the market for emerging trends and client needs
Contribute towards appropriate pricing models and commercial structures
Manage practice results including revenue targets, gross margin, and profitability
Represent LHH at external forums, conferences, and media publications
Collaborate with marketing to publish thought leadership
Work closely with the Director Applied Technology & People Analytics to author content
Partner closely with other Practice Directors and experts
Innovate and differentiate the practice from competitors
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
Act as the leading authority and expert
Act as executive sponsor and thought leader for marquee accounts
Support business development
Contribute to practice revenue
Help expand existing client relationships
Act as a project sponsor and escalation point
Work with key senior commercial colleagues
Partner with critical functions such as Sales Enablement, Marketing and Opportunity Management
Help ensure service propositions are both feasible and profitable
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Leadership and Talent space and related areas of HR/Human Capital – experience will either be from consulting / human capital advisory and/or HR
Excellent thought leadership and industry knowledge
Proven track record of designing and delivering strategic leadership and talent solutions for enterprise and global organisations
In-house HR experience would be advantageous
Technologically savvy with knowledge/awareness of opportunities to disrupt and innovate
Commercially driven, with proven experience in development and growth
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Collaborative leadership style with experience managing cross-functional teams
Master’s degree in organisational psychology, Business, HR, or related field preferred
