Our client, a global professional services organization, is seeking a Practice Development Specialist to support business development and marketing initiatives across high-performing consulting practices. This role focuses on proposal support, thought leadership coordination, and execution of profile-raising activities. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development within a professional services environment and demonstrates exceptional communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Partnering with senior professionals to understand practice priorities and client needs
supporting the development of pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
coordinating and executing practice-specific events, meetings, and sponsorships
drafting and maintaining experience content, case studies, and expert biographies
collaborating with internal editorial, digital, data, and creative teams to produce and refresh marketing collateral
identifying and supporting thought leadership and speaking opportunities
tracking outcomes to inform future marketing efforts
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing or business development within a professional services environment
5+ years of experience in marketing, practice development, or business development within professional services, consulting, or legal environments
strong writing and editing capabilities with experience supporting proposals or RFPs
excellent project management and organizational skills
a polished, executive-level communication style with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
high attention to detail with the ability to process complex information
proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, with CRM experience being a plus
