Our client, a global professional services organization, is seeking a Practice Development Specialist to support business development and marketing initiatives across high-performing consulting practices. This role focuses on proposal support, thought leadership coordination, and execution of profile-raising activities. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development within a professional services environment and demonstrates exceptional communication skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Partnering with senior professionals to understand practice priorities and client needs
  • supporting the development of pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
  • coordinating and executing practice-specific events, meetings, and sponsorships
  • drafting and maintaining experience content, case studies, and expert biographies
  • collaborating with internal editorial, digital, data, and creative teams to produce and refresh marketing collateral
  • identifying and supporting thought leadership and speaking opportunities
  • tracking outcomes to inform future marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development within a professional services environment
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, practice development, or business development within professional services, consulting, or legal environments
  • strong writing and editing capabilities with experience supporting proposals or RFPs
  • excellent project management and organizational skills
  • a polished, executive-level communication style with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • high attention to detail with the ability to process complex information
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, with CRM experience being a plus
  • flexibility to work across teams and time zones
