We are seeking a strategic, creative, and media-savvy PR Manager to lead and execute earned media campaigns across key global markets. You will craft compelling narratives, build strong media relationships, and position Plaud as a category leader in AI productivity. This role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in tech, AI, or premium consumer brands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute global and regional PR strategies for Plaud Consumer, Business, and Developer sectors
  • Identify key narratives to position Plaud as a pioneer in AI-driven productivity
  • Coordinate launches, thought leadership campaigns, and brand moments across major markets
  • Media Relations: Build and manage relationships with tier-1 tech, business, and vertical media
  • Secure consistent, high-quality coverage across earned media channels
  • Act as day-to-day contact for press inquiries, briefings, and interviews
  • Content & Messaging: Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, op-eds, and bylines
  • Ensure message consistency across external channels
  • Collaborate with product, legal, and marketing teams to develop PR-ready narratives
  • Event & Communications: Support media strategies for product launches, global conferences, and press events
  • Prepare spokespeople with media training and talking points
  • Manage sentiment
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track PR performance and coverage using relevant tools
  • Analyze campaign impact and iterate based on insights
  • Maintain and grow a database of press contacts, coverage reports, and benchmarks

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of PR experience, preferably in tech, AI, SaaS, or premium consumer electronics
  • English, German as working languages
  • Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage in global markets
  • Strong media network across business, tech, and verticals
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, international environments with shifting priorities
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams
