This global position will support the delivery of high-quality, consistent written communications across the brand. Working closely with the London-based Senior PR and Communications Manager and our global PR agency, you will help to ensure efficiency, accuracy and creativity across all PR-related communications. This includes but is not limited to drafting of press releases, reactive/proactive media statements, welcome addresses at media roundtables, and executive briefing and profiling documents. The role will also support the development of content designed to elevate the profiles of our C-Suite executives, helping shape authentic, well-considered deliverables that align with brand tone of voice and guidelines.
Job Responsibility:
Create high-quality written content, aligned to the global content calendar, designed to engage and inform business, travel, financial services and luxury lifestyle media about key brand-related news
Work closely with the Senior PR and Communications Manager to support the development of content that elevates the profiles of C-Suite executives
Proofread, edit and enhance written communications for media, ensuring accuracy, clarity and a consistent tone of voice across all deliverables
Research and stay up to date on key consumer/travel/financial services trends, sharing findings with the wider Corporate Communications team
Support the repurposing of media deliverables across owned channels, where appropriate including LinkedIn and internal communications
Requirements:
Minimum five years’ experience in a PR agency or in-house Marketing Communications team
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Strong portfolio of written work showcasing experience in PR-related and executive content
Ability to write in a variety of styles, plus expertise in adapting core content to amplify across owned channels
Highly creative, collaborative, with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
University degree in relevant topic, e.g. Corporate Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism, or equivalent professional qualification
Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with high level of initiative and strong sense of ownership
A team player, ideally with experience of working with colleagues at all levels
Nice to have:
Ideally in the travel or financial services sectors
Experience of working with C-Suite is advantageous
A solid understanding of the financial services and/or travel-related sectors and related macro/consumer trends is advantageous
