10+ years of experience across growth marketing, digital marketing, communications, integrated marketing, content, SEO, social, email, or related functions
4+ years of people leadership experience directly managing multi-functional teams, including performance management, mentorship, and career development
Demonstrated ability to connect brand, story, audience insight, and digital experience to business outcomes—and to communicate that connection clearly to executive stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and grow specialists in social, communications, and creative functions—helping them build both craft excellence and business acumen
Deep fluency across SEO, AEO, AI discovery, social, email, content, web, analytics, attribution, campaign strategy, and communications
Strong executive presence with confidence navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, protecting team bandwidth, and pushing back when appropriate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong judgment around brand reputation, compliance, executive messaging, and sensitive topics
Understanding of modern SEO, AEO, LLM discovery, structured content, and digital visibility
Experience in fintech, home services, SaaS, energy, sustainability, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus

Job Responsibility

Develop and lead a growth marketing strategy aligned to company goals, revenue priorities, product launches, audience needs, and market trends
Serve as the bridge between leadership and marketing execution
Represent marketing and communications in cross-functional conversations with Product, Sales, Business Development, Legal, Creative, Analytics, Operations, and People teams
Own the marketing reporting framework
Directly lead, manage, and develop a team of social, communications, and creative specialists including a Social Media Manager, PR & Communications Manager, and Social Media Designer
Set strategic direction for social media, PR/communications, and digital content
