Your Mission We are looking for a FR PR & Communication Intern to join the PR & Comms team at BlaBlaCar on a 6 months internship contract starting May/June 2026 . Their mission is to assist the two PR & Comms Managers in promoting BlaBlaCar in the media (newspapers - online & print, radio & TV broadcast, social media…) As FR PR & Communication Intern, you will be reporting to the Senior Communication Manager France. You will work on a wide range of topics reflecting BlaBlaCar's diverse activities, from carpooling to bus and train travel, requiring close collaboration with their respective teams. The communication projects you handle will be equally varied—covering tech, consumer, lifestyle, and data-driven stories. This is why we are looking for an agile and curious mind, capable of juggling multiple subjects and interfacing with various departments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Filter and handle incoming media requests (Aircall/Email), coordinate data collection with internal teams and the PR Agency, and support the logistics of speaker appearances.
  • Maintain all foundational documents (PR trackers, KPIs, presentations) and lead daily media monitoring to internally share clippings dealing with BlaBlaCar and relevant industry and competitor insights.
  • Manage the Newsroom and propose innovative ideas to boost its visibility via SEO and emerging AI-search trends (GEO/LSO).
  • Create engaging LinkedIn contents & carousels and format press releases by applying our new brand identity to various communication assets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Writing Skills (both FR & ENG): Ability to adapt tone of voice according to the audience (corporate media, consumer media, specialized media,…)
  • Proactive & Resourceful: High level of autonomy with a natural curiosity to seek out information, while knowing when to ask for guidance or clarification.
  • Media & PR Basics: Understanding of how the media landscape works and how to monitor news effectively.
  • Full working proficiency in English
