The PPC Team Lead role combines hands-on expertise in paid acquisition with leadership responsibilities, focusing on driving measurable ROI for global tech companies and mentoring the PPC team.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for PPC Dept, including success criteria, budget models, and full-funnel workflows
  • Act as a senior advisor for top-tier clients, guiding campaign direction and ensuring delivery quality
  • Collaborate with agency leadership to shape pricing strategies, delivery models, and service packaging
  • Mentor and empower PPC specialists and seniors to own delivery while aligning with long-term strategy
  • Lead and optimize multi-channel PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads as core
  • X, Bing, Snapchat, CPI networks as expansion)
  • Develop advanced remarketing strategies (GDN, Facebook, dynamic remarketing) aligned with client goals
  • Drive performance improvements through data-driven optimization of ads, bids, targeting, and creative assets to boost CTR, CPL, and conversions
  • Explore, test, and validate new paid traffic channels, scaling those that prove effective
  • Ensure accuracy of analytics setup (GTM, GA4, Firebase) and tracking across funnels and events
  • Produce weekly dashboards and in-depth monthly/quarterly reports, combining operational analysis with market and competitor insights
  • Translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations for clients, identifying growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain KPI monitoring systems to ensure campaigns meet or exceed goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing PPC team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and innovation
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and career development paths for team members
  • Promote cross-departmental collaboration with Customer Success, MarTech, and Creative teams

Requirements

  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
  • 4+ years of hands-on PPC experience, with at least 2 years managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record in B2B PPC campaigns for tech clients (US/EU markets)
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Proficiency with tracking & analytics (GA4, GTM, Firebase)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast, and create actionable insights
  • Experience leading a PPC team or mentoring specialists

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Knowledge of additional platforms (X, Bing, Snapchat, CPI networks)
  • Certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint)
  • Strong client communication and consulting skills, including executive-level reporting
