We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a major financial services initiative focused on credit cards. This contract-to-permanent opportunity starts as a part-time role with the potential to transition to permanent employment. The ideal candidate will excel in data-driven decision-making, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a performance-oriented environment.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and optimize high-budget paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ensuring profitability and scalability
Conduct ongoing maintenance tasks such as query mining, bid adjustments, and refining campaign structures to sustain performance
Manage both brand and non-brand search campaigns, with opportunities to expand into Demand Generation and Performance Max strategies
Design, implement, and analyze testing initiatives ranging from simple A/B experiments to more complex evaluation methods
Partner with the paid media team to ensure campaign execution aligns with overarching business objectives
Provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders, including performance updates, test outcomes, and optimization strategies
Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign structure, testing results, and learned strategies for future reference
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns at significant budget levels
Proficiency in using Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve business-focused goals while balancing efficiency and scalability
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining strategies and results to stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to work independently, particularly in remote settings
Collaborative mindset with a focus on clear documentation and consistent processes
Nice to have:
Familiarity with regulated industries, such as financial services, is preferred
