Job Responsibility:
Lead and optimize multi-channel PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads as core
Twitter, Bing, Snapchat, CPI networks as expansion) with a focus on ROI and scalability
Develop advanced remarketing strategies across GDN, Facebook, and dynamic remarketing, ensuring segmentation aligns with business goals
Drive performance improvements through data-driven optimization of ads, bids, targeting, and creative assets, aiming to improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates
Explore and validate new paid traffic channels, running test campaigns, analyzing performance, and building recommendations for scaling
Own analytics setup and accuracy, including GTM, Google Analytics 4, Firebase, ensuring proper tracking of events, funnels, and custom segments
Produce weekly dashboards and monthly reports that combine both insights and operational analysis of client activity, market trends, and competition — highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and why
Translate performance data into clear recommendations for clients, identifying growth opportunities and suggesting practical improvements for paid acquisition strategies
Requirements:
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
4+ years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management
At least 2 years of proven experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Experience working with both B2B and B2C funnels, with a strong focus on B2B clients
Proven experience managing campaigns in US and/or EU markets
Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, GTM, Firebase)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make actionable recommendations
Ability to manage multiple accounts, brands, and products simultaneously with high attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience with HubSpot or other Marketing Automation/CRM tools
Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
Knowledge of additional channels (Twitter, Bing, Snapchat, CPI networks)
Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint
Having several successful cases of managing campaigns in US/EU markets and being ready to share them during the interview
