We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven PPC Executive with 2–3 years of handson experience in paid advertising, particularly Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads), preferably within the eCommerce industry. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for eCommerce brands, especially targeting USA-based markets, with a strong focus on driving revenue, improving ROAS, and scaling campaigns efficiently. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while collaborating with internal teams to achieve measurable business results.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads)
Manage campaign types including Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns
Execute and optimize eCommerce campaigns to drive online sales, conversions, and revenue growth
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, budgets, ad copy, and targeting strategies to maximize ROAS and conversion rates
Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center and Microsoft Merchant Center product feeds for Shopping campaigns
Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and platform tracking tools
Analyze campaign performance data and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve campaign performance
Work closely with design, content, and development teams to optimize landing pages and creatives for better conversion performance
Stay updated with latest PPC trends, platform updates, and eCommerce advertising strategies
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads) campaigns
Experience managing eCommerce PPC campaigns focused on sales and revenue generation
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads campaigns
Experience managing Google Merchant Center product feeds and Shopping campaigns
Strong understanding of campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
Experience working with USA or international clients is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
Good communication and reporting skills
