We’re hiring a detail-oriented and execution-focused PPC Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our PPC Strategist and Digital Marketing Lead to manage the daily operations of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for both eCommerce and service-based clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and learning — and is ready to handle multiple accounts with efficiency and accuracy. You’ll support strategy execution, ensure campaign health, and maintain tracking accuracy while also learning the art of scaling paid performance.
Job Responsibility:
Execute daily campaign checks and optimizations across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
Assist in setting up campaigns including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Remarketing, and Meta Campaigns
Implement and verify conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and CAPI
Collaborate with the design team to gather required image and video creatives for campaigns
Create and upload ad copies, headlines, descriptions, sitelinks, and other assets
Conduct keyword research, set up audience targeting, and audit negative keywords regularly
Monitor campaign budgets and flag overspending or low-performance issues proactively
Support in preparing performance reports, sharing data summaries, and noting key trends
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all campaign assets and trackers are delivered on time
Document SOPs and follow checklists for consistent execution across all client accounts
Requirements:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing or supporting Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Conversions
Comfortable working across tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Merchant Center, and similar platforms
Excellent task and time management skills — able to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
Strong attention to detail, especially with campaign structures and tracking setup
Good communication and collaboration skills for working with design, strategy, and leadership teams
Eagerness to learn and grow under senior team members and actively contribute to a collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
