The PPC & Acquisition Executive is responsible for Global driving high-quality, scalable lead acquisition through paid digital channels. This role manages Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns, optimising performance for cost-per-lead (CPL), lead quality, and return on investment (ROI). The position supports product launches and regional growth initiatives by executing targeted campaigns and continuously refining audience and keyword strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns
Monitor and improve CPL and lead quality across all paid channels
Execute A/B testing to refine messaging, creatives, and targeting
Allocate budgets based on performance and strategic priorities
Develop keyword and audience targeting strategies aligned with buyer intent
Develop and execute paid media plans aligned with marketing objectives
Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting
Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-performing ad creatives
Analyse conversion paths and landing page performance to improve lead quality
Maintain documentation of campaign setup, performance, and learnings
Prepare monthly reports on CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
Coordinate with regional teams to localise campaigns and align with market needs
Manage agency relationships or freelancers supporting paid media execution
Support CRM integration and lead flow tracking from paid campaigns
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, business, or related field
5+ years in PPC or digital acquisition, with B2B experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms
Skilled in interpreting performance metrics and optimising campaigns
Aligns paid media with broader marketing and sales goals
Manages budgets, timelines, and cross-functional input
Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and campaign management tools
Google Ads or LinkedIn certifications preferred
