Job Description

justteachers is recruiting a flexible PPA Cover Teacher to work across all primary year groups in a welcoming school in the Burnley area. This is a full‑time position starting from Easter, ideal for a confident teacher who enjoys variety and supporting multiple classes.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver planned lessons across various primary year groups from EYFS to KS2
  • Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of class teachers
  • Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive classroom environment
  • Adapt teaching approaches to suit different year groups and learning needs

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred, but a HLTA qualification will be considered
  • Confident teaching across the primary age range
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Meet the minimum experience, training or qualifications stated
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
