Job Description

A welcoming and vibrant community primary school in Wandsworth is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis as a PPA Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small community focused learning environment. The role is for 3 days a week, with flexible days. The school offers a bilingual education, combining the National Curriculum with Portuguese language instruction. It provides Forest School, swimming, and music lessons with specialist teachers.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide cover for teachers from EYFS to Year 6 during their planning, preparation, and assessment time
  • Collaborate with class teachers to ensure lessons are effectively prepared and delivered
  • May have opportunities to contribute ideas for certain classes or subjects

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience in Primary Schools
  • Be available to commit to a part-time role
