PPA Origination Analyst - Iberian Market

• Support the identification, structuring and negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and other long-term commercial solutions
• Support the origination and structuring of long-term PPAs in Iberia (Spain & Portugal)
• Contribute to the risk assessment, pricing, and term sheet definition of structured energy transactions
• Monitor and analyze regulatory and market trends impacting long-term energy contracting
• Coordinate with legal teams to tailor standard templates or structure bespoke contracts as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent alignment and timely execution of transactions
• Maintain the Origination Platform
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal tools, methodologies and reporting

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or similar areas
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in energy markets, structured products, corporate procurement, risk management or similar fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of power markets and long-term contracts (e.g., PPAs, hedging structures)
• Communication and negotiation skills with external and internal stakeholders
• Proactive, curious, and willing to work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment
