Ppa Cover Teacher

We are looking for a confident, adaptable and enthusiastic PPA Cover Teacher to join a specialist SEMH school in Lancing. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support primary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a nurturing and structured environment. This varied role will involve providing PPA cover across different primary classes, allowing class teachers their allocated planning, preparation and assessment time. To help you settle into the position, you will first spend time shadowing experienced staff members and getting to know the pupils, routines and school environment before taking on classroom cover responsibilities independently. If you are flexible, proactive and happy to jump in where needed, this could be the perfect role for you.
