Job Description:

We are currently looking for a PPA & Aggregation Originator to join our Portfolio Growth & Strategic Partnerships Department, based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and RES/BESS aggregation contracts. You’ll play a key role in securing long-term, commercially viable agreements that support the growth of the company’s renewable energy portfolio. This includes building and managing relationships with off-takers, RES producers, asset owners, and key market stakeholders

Job Responsibility:

Leading origination strategies for PPAs and RES/BESS aggregation contracts across relevant markets
Structuring and negotiating commercial agreements that drive portfolio growth and long-term value
Monitoring market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on opportunities
Supporting contract management and maintaining strong relationships with counterparties to ensure smooth execution
Coordinating with internal teams to align deal execution with strategic objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in energy markets, trading, commercial origination, or contract management, ideally with exposure to PPAs and aggregation
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of renewable energy markets and regulatory frameworks
Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and contract evaluation
Familiarity with energy market dynamics and compliance requirements related to energy transactions
Relevant certifications in energy markets or commercial negotiation are a plus
