Job Description:

We are currently looking for a PPA & Aggregation Originator to join our Portfolio Growth & Strategic Partnerships Department, based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and RES/BESS aggregation contracts. You’ll play a key role in securing long-term, commercially viable agreements that support the growth of the company’s renewable energy portfolio. This includes building and managing relationships with off-takers, RES producers, asset owners, and key market stakeholders

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading origination strategies for PPAs and RES/BESS aggregation contracts across relevant markets
  • Structuring and negotiating commercial agreements that drive portfolio growth and long-term value
  • Monitoring market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on opportunities
  • Supporting contract management and maintaining strong relationships with counterparties to ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinating with internal teams to align deal execution with strategic objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in energy markets, trading, commercial origination, or contract management, ideally with exposure to PPAs and aggregation
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of renewable energy markets and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and contract evaluation
  • Familiarity with energy market dynamics and compliance requirements related to energy transactions
  • Relevant certifications in energy markets or commercial negotiation are a plus
