Job Description:

As the key interface between the design team and the test facility, you will ensure the seamless validation of Electrical Powertrain systems (PE + MG). Your day-to-day will involve: Test Management: Leading daily test cell activities, including setup, instrumentation, and execution of complex test requests. Problem Solving: Investigating system failures, identifying root causes through Fault Tree Analysis, and owning resolutions to closure. Data Analysis: Closing the loop between simulation and physical results using MATLAB and Ansys. Collaboration: Working closely with design teams to define validation requirements and managing spare parts/hardware readiness. Reporting: Generating high-quality technical reports and presentations for key stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in a powertrain or electrical testing environment (PE + MG experience is strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with component validation, failure analysis, and data acquisition systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • MATLAB / Simulink
  • Ansys
  • PCAN (or equivalent CAN tools)
  • Background in Automotive or Heavy-Duty industries is a plus
