Our client is seeking a PowerQC Implementation Analysts to support the QC laboratory improvement program at our Virginia site. PowerQC is a QC transformation program focused on improving laboratory efficiency, testing capacity, workflow visibility and execution discipline. The role will support practical delivery of improvement initiatives across QC operations, scheduling, documentation, visual management, testing workflow and cross-functional coordination. This is a hands-on laboratory improvement role, not a purely administrative role. The successful candidates will work closely with QC analysts, QC team leaders, QA, Production, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Excellence and Digital teams to progress improvement initiatives from idea to implementation.
Job Responsibility
Support delivery of QC improvement initiatives
Map and improve laboratory workflows
Track actions, owners, KPIs, risks and implementation status
Support worksheet, checklist, SOP and training material updates
Assist with benefit tracking and progress reporting
Coordinate with QC, QA, Production and support functions
Ensure improvements are implemented in a controlled GMP-compliant manner
