Job Description:

Our team is seeking an experienced PowerPoint Developer for a fully remote, 3-month contract project. We’re looking for someone who goes beyond standard presentation design—an expert who can build, program, and fine-tune PowerPoint and Word templates, develop brand-specific themes, and guide visual standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and program advanced PowerPoint (PPT) templates and themes in line with brand guidelines
  • Build and refine Microsoft Word templates for professional documents
  • Provide visual guidance, best practices, and layout input for template and slide design
  • Develop macros or coded elements for PPT templates as needed
  • Ensure compatibility and ease of use on Windows/PC platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver creative and practical visual solutions

Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with a portfolio showcasing template and theme development
  • Demonstrated experience programming and automating templates in PowerPoint (beyond design only)
  • Strong visual design sense to inform structure, layout, and user experience for business presentations and documents
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a Windows/PC environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design best practices to non-technical users
