Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Power Virtual Agents (PVA) & Copilot Studio Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building conversational bots and AI assistants using Microsoft Power Virtual Agents and Copilot Studio, along with a solid understanding of Power Platform integrations and business process automation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbots using Power Virtual Agents and Copilot Studio
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable conversational solutions
  • Integrate PVA bots with Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise systems
  • Leverage Copilot Studio’s AI capabilities to enhance user experiences and automate repetitive tasks
  • Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot bot flows and user journeys
  • Stay updated with Microsoft’s Power Platform roadmap and recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience working with Power Virtual Agents and/or Copilot Studio
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Familiarity with conversational design, user experience (UX), and flow logic
  • Ability to write and troubleshoot Power Fx, JSON, and basic API calls
  • Understanding of AI-driven bot interactions and low-code/no-code development practices
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Availability for night shifts as needed to support global teams
  • Flexible to work during us time to support customers
  • Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to varying schedules is essential

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft Certifications related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365
  • Experience integrating PVA bots with Microsoft Teams or custom web portals
  • Exposure to Azure Bot Framework, Power BI, or AI Builder
