Conduct power system studies including equipment sizing, load flow, short circuit analysis, dynamic motor starting, harmonic studies, arc flash assessments, and transient stability evaluations
Oversee third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of power system studies
Utilize EMT software to provide comprehensive power system studies for various projects
Apply intermediate knowledge of ETAP software to enhance project outcomes
Support captive power generation projects, with or without grid connection
Requirements
Electrical Engineering: Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles
Power System Expertise: Proficient in conducting load flow, short circuit, and dynamic motor starting studies
ETAP Software: Intermediate knowledge and experience using ETAP software for power system analysis
EMT Software: Familiarity with EMT software for advanced power system studies
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret study results effectively
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in power systems engineering or related roles
Certifications: Relevant certifications in power systems or electrical engineering are advantageous
