Job Description

Currently, we are looking for an experienced consultant to support an enterprise-scale migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 (M365). This role focuses on analyzing business applications, automations, and AppSheet solutions to define their migration path into the Microsoft ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct high-level reviews of forms and AppSheet solutions using technical KPIs (e.g., number of users, execution frequency)
  • Analyze usage patterns, automations, dependencies, and business criticality
  • Support Microsoft in evaluating and prioritizing migration candidates
  • Identify constraints related to connectors, integrations, data sources, and licensing
  • Define feasibility and recommend whether solutions should be migrated, replaced, or redesigned
  • Contribute to migration strategy for business applications within the Microsoft ecosystem

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience
  • Strong experience with AppSheet, Microsoft Power Platform, and Excel
  • Experience in application analysis or migration projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery models (SCRUM / Waterfall)
