Power Platform Engineer

• Supporting the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, DataVerse, and SharePoint APIs
• Translating business needs into technical specifications (SoW) and creating analysis documents for stakeholder validation
• Acting as a liaison between Technology, Business, and vendors
• Identifying integration opportunities with existing systems
• Delivering maintenance and operational support in line with SLAs
• Managing incident/problem resolution
• Contributing to solution documentation, training materials, vendor proposal processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs)
• Ensuring compliance with corporate policies

• University Degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in the design & implementation of technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, RPAs or other technology solutions
• Experience in solution design and development
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Experienced in facilitation and stakeholder/vendor relationship management
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
• Strong analytical skills for system analysis, root-cause identification, and issue resolution
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Demonstrating high ethical standards and a strong customer service mindset
