Job Responsibility

Drive solution design and technical analysis in collaboration with stakeholders
mentor junior team members and ensure adoption of best practices
supporting the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, DataVerse, and SharePoint APIs (REST, CSOM, SPFx), among others
translating business needs into technical specifications (SoW) and creating analysis documents (e.g., data flow models, user stories, workflows) for stakeholder validation
acting as a liaison between Technology, Business, and vendors by providing documentation, clarifications, and insight to ensure smooth communication and project completion
identifying integration opportunities with existing systems to ensure efficient, cost-effective software implementation
delivering maintenance and operational support in line with SLAs, and managing incident/problem resolution
contributing to solution documentation, training materials, vendor proposal processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs), and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
