Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable low-code solutions using Power Platform tools
  • Communicate solution value, status, and trade-offs with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps
  • Automate workflows using Power Automate and integrate with Dataverse, SharePoint, and third-party systems
  • Ensure solution scalability, data integrity, and alignment with governance policies
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and lead user acceptance activities
  • Work in agile teams to deliver features aligned with sprint goals and project timelines
  • Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes including solution packaging, version control, and environment management
  • Create technical documentation and provide training or support for end users
  • Monitor and enhance applications based on user feedback and evolving business needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building Power Platform solutions
  • Experience with Power BI, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder
  • Solid understanding of environment management, solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices
  • Familiarity with custom connectors, expressions, and advanced Power Automate logic
  • Experience working with SharePoint, SQL, and other Microsoft 365 tools
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing or consulting environments
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
  • Experience involving AI, machine learning, or natural language processing
  • Familiarity with AI Modelling or Copilot Studio
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services, or similar cloud AI platforms
  • Experience with governance and compliance frameworks in low-code platforms and AI solutions

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365, custom plugins, or legacy CRM systems
  • Experience in regulated industries (such as energy, utilities, or government)

  • Partner with the customer’s technical team members to assist with requirements analysis and decomposition, solution design, technical architecture, implementation, and delivery of technical solutions. Assess suitability for solutions in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Engage with M365 and Power Platform practitioners within the customer community for knowledge sharing
  • Serve as a technical resource to our customer by providing support and guidance to users interacting with SharePoint and Power Platform implementations

  • Define and refine data sets within data platforms authorized for customer use, including Microsoft data structures and open-source industry standards (RDS, SQL, etc).
