Support revenue-producing teams with tooling that improves accuracy, speed, and capacity
Rapidly iterate solutions in response to regulatory, policy, or volume changes
Provide ongoing support and optimisation of live applications
Remove single-point dependency on ad-hoc development performed outside core role scope
Ensure continuity of critical operational systems independent of individual availability
Work closely with Consumer Finance leaders, analysts, QA, and IT as required
Align with enterprise IT standards where appropriate while maintaining operational autonomy
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience building solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
Strong understanding of data structures, permissions, audit logging, and secure design
Experience replacing legacy tools (e.g. Access databases) with modern low-code platforms
Ability to design for operational scale, compliance, and maintainability
Strong documentation and handover discipline
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate operational needs into solutions
Comfortable operating in a regulated, high-volume environment
