Job Description

The Power Platform Developer role focuses on developing and maintaining applications using Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in Power Platform development. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, designing user interfaces, and ensuring compliance with data security policies. Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate and others. This position requires strong technical skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, C#, and JavaScript, among others.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to replace manual or legacy processes
  • Create efficient automated workflows using Power Automate (both cloud and desktop flows) to streamline business processes and integrations
  • Connect apps to various data sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and third-party APIs
  • Work with business units to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into functional, user-friendly applications
  • Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) within Power Apps to maximize adoption
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions for performance and security
  • Utilize Dataverse for advanced data modeling and management
  • Ensure developed solutions comply with company data security policies, including role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate

  • Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, or JSON for extending functionality
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio), and Microsoft Teams integration
  • Candidate is required to work in the EU (European shift hours)
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development practices
