Job Description:

The Power Platform Developer role focuses on developing and maintaining applications using Power Apps and automating processes with Power Automate. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Power Platform development, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, C#, and JavaScript is essential. Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and a strong understanding of data integration and UI/UX design.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to replace manual or legacy processes
  • Create efficient automated workflows using Power Automate (both cloud and desktop flows) to streamline business processes and integrations
  • Connect apps to various data sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and third-party APIs
  • Work with business units to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into functional, user-friendly applications
  • Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) within Power Apps to maximize adoption
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions for performance and security
  • Utilize Dataverse for advanced data modeling and management
  • Ensure developed solutions comply with company data security policies, including role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Expertise in Power Platform: Deep hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM, C#, JavaScript, PCF controls, GIT, .NET CRM Plugins, Connecting Power Platform with Azure, SSIS, SSRS, TFS
  • Power Fx: Proficiency in using Power Fx formula language
  • Data Sources: Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint lists, and SQL
  • Connectors: Ability to build and use custom connectors
  • Intermediate Coding: Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, or JSON for extending functionality
  • Additional Tools: Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio), and Microsoft Teams integration
