You will work closely with Solution Architects, UX/Service Design, and Functional Consultants to translate business needs into user-friendly web experiences that integrate seamlessly into wider Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions. This role requires a blend of low-code configuration and pro-code web development, particularly around Liquid templates, JavaScript, PCF controls, web APIs, and security model design. You’ll be responsible for delivering modern user experiences that are clear, accessible, and robust — particularly in public-sector or external citizen/service-facing scenarios.
Job Responsibility:
Build and configure Power Pages sites, including site structure, page layouts, forms, lists, and permissions
Develop custom web components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
Implement Dataverse data models, roles, authentication patterns, and business logic
Build PCF controls or reusable components where UI/UX needs go beyond out-of-the-box capability
Configure and manage external identity integration, including Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, B2C, or identity providers
Implement Power Automate workflows to support form submissions, approvals, and case intake processes
Work with architects to integrate with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
Configure and consume Dataverse Web API for dynamic data-driven UIs
Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, performance, and privacy requirements
Participate in code reviews, release planning, and DevOps-based deployments
Maintain lean, useful technical documentation
Work closely with functional consultants to convert prototypes into production-ready implementations
Collaborate with UX and service designers to refine interaction flows and UI behaviour
Support end-user feedback cycles, UAT triage, enhancements, and phased rollout planning
Requirements:
3+ years building solutions using Power Pages / Power Apps Portals or similar framework
Strong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience working with Liquid templates, Dataverse tables, forms, and lists
Understanding of authentication & access control concepts (Azure AD / B2C / OAuth)
Familiarity with Power Platform ALM & Azure DevOps pipelines
Nice to have:
Experience delivering public-sector or regulated external service portals
PCF control development experience
Experience with API Management, REST APIs, or Azure Functions/Logic Apps
Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, responsive UI patterns, and usability principles
