High school diploma or equivalent
1–2+ years of experience maintaining or repairing diesel engines and/or HVAC equipment
Intermediate diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and pneumatic systems
Basic ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams
Own tools relevant to the position
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly
Willingness to work in a safety-sensitive environment

Job Responsibility

Perform maintenance and minor repairs on diesel engines, HVAC systems, and air quality equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on rental and customer equipment
Complete service documentation accurately and timely
Travel occasionally to customer sites to support equipment service needs
Demonstrate equipment operation and functionality to customers
Assist with equipment and parts pickup/delivery as needed
Provide high-quality customer service in all interactions
