Job Responsibility:
Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, make program changes and corrections, repair and overhaul all power house and supervisory systems
Implement a preventative maintenance schedule
Maintain inventory of spare parts and inventory records
Assist outside service engineers
Maintain maintenance and repair records
Read process and instrument diagrams
Program programmable data loggers and controllers
Generate hard copy records of ladder logics and files
Perform other duties of a similar level and nature as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED is required
Associate degree in Instrument Technology, Electronic Technology, Computer Technology or related field
Valid State of Wisconsin Drivers License
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
Ability to work in confined spaces and to wear breathing apparatus for confined entry
Communicates effectively via written and oral methods
Ability to enter data
Skills in computers and data input devices, email, application and office software
Ability to troubleshoot and repair remote and local control systems for HVAC, Gas Turbines, Boilers, Air compressors, Generators and Valves
Ability to troubleshoot sensing devices for pressure, temperature, UV, motion and fluid flow
