Job Description

Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Required to follow all applicable safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures in performance of assigned duties. Is required to participate in all required safety training activities. Is expected to report any unsafe conditions encountered in performance of duties. Installs, maintains, calibrates, troubleshoots, makes program changes and corrections, repairs and overhauls all power house and supervisory systems, indicating, recording, telemetering, and controlling instruments (electric, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic) used to measure and control variables, such as pressure, flow, temperature, motion, force, and chemical composition. Implements a preventative maintenance schedule. Maintains inventory of spare parts and inventory records. Assists outside service engineers. Maintains maintenance and repair records. Reads process and instrument (electric, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic) diagrams. Programs programmable data loggers and controllers (multi-loop ladder and function). Generates hard copy records of ladder logics and files. Performs other duties of a similar level and nature as assigned.
