Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Reporting Specialist to join our team in Lenexa, Kansas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in transforming financial data into actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the optimization of business intelligence processes.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to support financial and business decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate requirements into effective data solutions
Utilize data mining techniques to analyze and interpret financial data, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Integrate accounting software systems and CRM platforms to streamline reporting workflows
Conduct regular reviews of accounting functions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reporting and other business intelligence tools
Provide training and support to team members on the use of Power BI and related systems
Monitor data integrity across reporting systems and implement enhancements as needed
Assist in improving processes for data collection, analysis, and visualization
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and financial reporting

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including report creation and dashboard development
Strong understanding of accounting software systems and CRM platforms
Experience with data mining techniques and financial data analysis
Knowledge of accounting functions and processes
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in business intelligence tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in financial reporting technologies
