Power BI Developer

• Designing and developing interactive dashboards
• Building scalable data models
• Leveraging Azure-based data services to deliver actionable insights across the organization

• 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a related BI role
• Proficiency in Power BI development, including dashboards, reports, and paginated reports
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language)
• Experience with SQL (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Expertise in data modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and data warehouse design
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, or Fabric
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

Preferred: experience with security, governance, and row-level security in Power BI
