Power BI Consultant

• Design and modeling: Participate in the design of data models adapted to business needs
• Data integration: Develop, optimize and maintain data integration flows using SSIS
• Reporting and analysis: Collaborate with business teams to create reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Platform-based applications and future internal developments around our ERP
• Team coordination: Work closely with IT, developers and business teams to ensure project consistency and act as a technical reference
• Technical support: Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing systems
• Technology watch: Keep abreast of technological developments and propose innovative solutions to optimize system performance

• 5 years' higher education in IT, data management, development or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience including BI/Datawarehouse project management in an industrial environment
• Mastery of SQL Server and SSIS
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Experience in database modeling (dimensional and relational)
• Knowledge of one or more development languages: C#, Java, Python a plus
• Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Fluency in English
• Natural leadership and ability to federate multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with technical and non-technical profiles
• Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative

Knowledge of one or more development languages: C#, Java, Python a plus
