Our Vancouver-based government client is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Professional to drive the success of an impactful and fast-paced project. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using MS Excel, MS Power Query, Power BI, VBA, SQL, SAS
  • Publish several daily, monthly, and quarterly summary reports and prepare other ad-hoc analyses
  • Develop new standard reports in Excel and Power BI Dashboards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated capabilities in reporting and data analytics using Power BI, MS Excel, VBA, and MS Power Query
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Economics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize data to visually tell a story using PowerPoint and Power BI Dashboards
  • Solid experience using advanced visualization tools like Power BI, writing DAX and M Code, and using data transformation in Power BI
