We are looking for an experienced Power BI Analyst to join our team in Windsor, Connecticut. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in business intelligence tools to transform data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that data is accurately analyzed and presented to drive operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and manage the Power BI platform, including back-end functionality and system optimization
  • Extract, review, and analyze data to identify trends and provide meaningful insights
  • Present findings to stakeholders through clear and effective communication
  • Act as a liaison between IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Design and test reports to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Set up and manage workspaces within Power BI to facilitate efficient data utilization

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Power BI and its administrative functions
  • Proficiency in DAX technologies and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in collaborating with business operations, finance, and IT teams
