Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Power Apps Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business applications and workflow automation solutions. The Power Apps Developer will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and technical teams to modernize processes and improve operational efficiency through low-code/no-code technologies.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using: Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse
  • Build and maintain custom business applications and automated workflows
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems
  • Develop reusable components, connectors, and scalable solutions following best practices
  • Participate in requirements gathering, technical design sessions, and solution architecture discussions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and integration challenges
  • Collaborate with QA teams to support testing activities and production deployments
  • Ensure security, governance, compliance, and environment management standards are followed
  • Support CI/CD processes and release management for Power Platform solutions
  • Create technical documentation, user guides, and support materials
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in software development or enterprise application development
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies
  • Strong experience with: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online
  • Experience integrating APIs and external data sources
  • Knowledge of: REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure fundamentals
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to have

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as: PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600
  • Experience with: Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, DevOps pipelines, AI Builder, Copilot Studio
  • Familiarity with enterprise governance and security models within Microsoft environments
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives
