Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Poultry Butcher to join our processing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with poultry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our food products while providing excellent service to our customers. We value candidates who are passionate about food safety and quality assurance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Butchering, cutting, deboning, and trimming poultry according to production standards
  • Operating knives and cutting equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspecting meat quality and ensuring all products meet company specifications
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Working effectively with the production team to meet daily targets
  • Complying with all health & safety regulations
  • Occasionally Packing Product

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or in poultry processing (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work in a cold factory environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
