Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a Postdoctoral Research Associate to support the delivery of an exciting and ambitious research programme that co-designs and evaluates primary care and community rehabilitation services for peripheral artery disease. This research programme is funded by Professor Lindsay Bearne’s National Institute of Health and Care Research, Research Professorship and is at the forefront of the UK governments drive to develop community and neighbourhood services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the delivery of an exciting and ambitious research programme that co-designs and evaluates primary care and community rehabilitation services for peripheral artery disease
  • Work closely with the Chief Investigator and multidisciplinary research team to support all aspects of the research programme

Requirements:

  • A successful track record in planning, delivering and disseminating clinical research
  • Experience of co-designing or adapting complex health care interventions
  • Demonstrable knowledge of applying behaviour change/psychologically informed health interventions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team

  • Collate and synthesize current knowledge on the ecological health of certain marine forest organisms
