The Institute for Relationship Science in University of Denver’s Department of Psychology invites applications for a postdoctoral fellow position. Funding for the positions comes from an NIH-funded projects (R01MD018167 PI Perry, a longitudinal study of LGB couples. Fellows may be funded and supported for up to 2 years, pending performance and grant support. The positions are located at the University of Denver and involves close collaboration with multiple faculty members within the Institute.
Job Responsibility:
Study Coordination and project management
Data analyses and data management
Writing scientific papers and grant proposals
Requirements:
PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Developmental Psychology or a related field
Fluency in English
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong, core math skills and experience with advanced statistical analyses
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
Nice to have:
Knowledge, and/ or research interest in couples and family relationships, mental health, maternal perinatal depression, maternal health, or LGBTQ+ health
Experience working in healthcare settings, such as hospitals
Experience working with LGBTQ+ or pregnant/postpartum women
