Several postdoctoral positions are immediately available in the laboratory of Dr. Wenjian Gan in the Department of Biochemistry at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). The research of Dr. Gan’s lab focusses on understanding the regulatory mechanisms and functions of arginine methylation in cell signaling, metabolism, and tumor progression. We use a range of complementary methods including biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology, functional cell-based assays, and mouse genetic models. The lab has been very productive with numerous high impact publications, including Nature Cell Biology, Nature Communications, and Science Advances.
