About the opportunity This is a leadership role within our delivery frontline operation, leading a team to prioritise safety, service, and cost.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide high level advice and support coordination to assist the Delivery Manager and facility staff
  • Drive performance and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in the Implementation and monitoring of all facets of Australia Post’s Diversity and OH&S Policies and Procedures
  • Assist with the processing and delivery of letters and parcels as needed
  • Coach and where needed conduct performance conversations

  • Strong customer service focus involving direct contact with customers
