Job Responsibility

Meet 1pm deadline of collecting all postage for that day
Make sure mailings are passed along to Mailing List Processors correctly
Make follow-up calls to anyone that missed their previous mail date or has future mailings
Be in direct communication with customers and taking payments via phone, email, or website
Communicate with CSR’s (Customer Service Representatives) when necessary
