Job Responsibility

Meet our 1pm deadline of collecting all postage for that day
Make sure the mailings are passed along to our Mailing List Processors correctly
Making follow-up calls to anyone that missed their previous mail date or anyone that has future mailings that they are sending out
Being in direct communication with our customers and taking payments via phone, email, or our website
Being friendly and service-oriented
Communicating with CSR’s (Customer Service Representatives) when necessary

Proven experience in industrial environments, with a preference for experience in power generation and distribution
