  • Understand requirements, define specifications, and align deployments with business needs
  • Prepare project plans, test solutions, and validate readiness using lab environments
  • Implement and configure solutions, resolve technical issues, and follow best practices
  • Provide post-deployment support, tuning, optimization, and knowledge transfer to customers
  • Collaborate with managers, sales, and vendors to ensure on-time project sign-off

Requirements

  • Work experience with ICT distribution or System Integration companies
  • Exposure to Networking & Cybersecurity vendor products
  • Knowledge of architectures, design and deployment models in relevant technology
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring customer solutions
  • Experience in deployment support, documentation, and knowledge transfer
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration
  • Minimum 6 years experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related fields
