Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 24×7 roster-based technical support at Level 1/2/3
  • Perform diagnostics, log analysis, and replicate issues for root cause identification
  • Manage escalation workflows with vendors and own cases until closure
  • Communicate with customers clearly during support incidents and updates
  • Meet vendor CSAT benchmarks with accurate documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • Work experience with ICT distribution or System Integration companies
  • Exposure in TAC support in networking & cybersecurity technologies
  • Knowledge of architectures, design and deployment models in relevant technology
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis
  • Experience in escalation workflows, vendor TAC collaboration, and customer support
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration
  • Minimum 6 years experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related fields
